Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Results Productions LLC is a company engaged in marketing, strategy, and advertising services, and is at the forefront of technology and innovation in each of the fields it specializes in (hereinafter: “Results Productions LLC”).
The purpose of the mailing list and information on the website is to strengthen the connection with Results Productions LLC customers and interested parties, and to generally promote the company’s goals, including the advertising of products and services.
The publications in the mailing lists and/or to participants in general do not constitute a recommendation by Results Productions LLC to act in any particular way, and any use of the publications and/or information published by Results Productions LLC shall be made at the user’s sole discretion and responsibility.
Any individual or entity choosing to join the mailing list and/or the participants list accepts the terms of these regulations without reservation or condition. For the avoidance of doubt, leaving an email address to be sent to Results Productions LLC, if sent, and/or connecting by any other means, including to the information website, as may be facilitated by Results Productions LLC, constitutes confirmation that the sender/connector (hereinafter: “the Participant”) has registered for the Results Productions LLC mailing list.
Any reference in these regulations in the masculine form also refers to the feminine form, and any reference in the feminine form also refers to the masculine form, and any reference in the singular form also refers to the plural form and vice versa.
The mailing list or participants list is a collection of data about any individual or entity that will be collected and stored by Results Productions LLC in a computerized database owned by it and which will be stored at the sole discretion of Results Productions LLC on its servers or those of any third party.
A participant joining the mailing list on the Results Productions LLC website and/or by any other means, according to the sole discretion of Results Productions LLC, thereby accepts the rules of these regulations and undertakes to act accordingly. Joining the mailing list and/or the participants list is free, and any individual and/or entity can and is eligible to join the list and participate.
The participants’ details, as collected by Results Productions LLC, will be used by Results Productions LLC only and will not be transferred to any third party, except in accordance with any legal requirements.
Usage:
Subject to the above, Results Productions LLC will use the participants’ details at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
• Ongoing communication with Results Productions LLC and/or any of its agents and/or officers.
• Updates on new publications related to the company’s activities.
• Updates on projects and opportunities related to Results Productions LLC.
• Publications as defined in the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982 (hereinafter: “the Law”).
• Remarketing or any other advertising means.
By providing an email address and/or any other identifying detail to Results Productions LLC, the participant confirms and agrees that:
• He/she wishes to join the Results Productions LLC mailing list and consents to the use of his/her details as described above and below, in accordance with the sole discretion of Results Productions LLC.
• His/her details will be collected by Results Productions LLC and stored for the aforementioned and below purposes.
• Results Productions LLC will use the collected details for sending mail and/or commercial advertisements as defined in the Law and/or for any other lawful use, all at the sole discretion of Results Productions LLC.
• He/she waives any legal obligation of Results Productions LLC under the Law concerning the sending of advertisement notifications and/or commercial advertisements.
• He/she waives any claim and/or lawsuit regarding mailing notifications, retaining his/her details on the mailing list and/or participants list, any error, act, or omission by Results Productions LLC and/or any of its representatives regarding the participant’s details and/or the messages and/or advertisements sent to him/her, if sent, as sent by Results Productions LLC and/or any of its representatives.
• Any information collected in the participants list will be used by Results Productions LLC and in no case will its use be considered an invasion of the participant’s privacy, nor will it entitle him/her to any remedy and/or compensation.
• Information sent to the participant by Results Productions LLC via email and/or any other means does not constitute professional advice or recommendation to act in any way, and any use of the information provided by Results Productions LLC in the messages it sends will be made at the participant’s sole discretion and responsibility, releasing Results Productions LLC from any claim and/or lawsuit for any damage of any kind and type, which was caused if it was caused as a result of using the messages and/or information provided by Results Productions LLC.
For the avoidance of doubt, Results Productions LLC strongly recommends using the services of a skilled and experienced professional consultant in the relevant field before acting in any way.
Unsubscribing from the mailing list and/or participants list can be done automatically via the unsubscribe link attached to each email and/or message and/or advertisement sent by Results Productions LLC.
In addition to the above, the participant will receive the right and permission to access the Results Productions LLC information website (hereinafter: “the Information Website”).
The Information Website will include professional information in the fields of activity of Results Productions LLC, as well as marketing and/or advertising information at the discretion of Results Productions LLC.
The information published on the Information Website is information that Results Productions LLC deemed appropriate to publish on the Information Website, but it does not constitute a recommendation and/or advice to act in any way, and any use made by the participant of the Information Website and/or the information on it and/or the data published on it will be at the participant’s responsibility, and the participant hereby releases Results Productions LLC, its employees, directors, and/or any of its representatives from any claim and/or lawsuit for damage caused if caused as a result of using the information on the Information Website and/or any information provided by Results Productions LLC to the participant.
Access to the Information Website will be by username and password provided by Results Productions LLC or by logging in through Google, Facebook, or Twitter. Results Productions LLC reserves the right to add and/or remove from time to time and/or change the ways of accessing the Information Website, all at its sole discretion.
The information collected by Results Productions LLC, as provided by users, will be used by Results Productions LLC.
If necessary, and at the sole discretion of Results Productions LLC, Results Productions LLC will register the users list as a registered database, including if required by law.
Except for the methods listed above, the participant is entitled and may cancel his/her engagement under these regulations with Results Productions LLC by giving written notice to:

In case of such cancellation, within 30 days from the date the notice is received by Results Productions LLC, all user details will be removed from the Results Productions LLC participants list, and all participant rights will cease.
Results Productions LLC may not approve the joining of any individual or entity to the participants list and/or remove them from the participants list at its sole discretion and without any obligation to explain the reason for the refusal.
The participant is solely responsible for updating his/her details with Results Productions LLC to continue enjoying the mailing list and the Information Website and/or any other service/product as provided by Results Productions LLC to participants.
Results Productions LLC may, at any time, at its sole discretion, cease the activity in general and/or any part of it, and the participant will have no claim in this regard.
